ABOUT AARON

My practice is dedicated to working with individuals, adolescents, couples and families. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have advanced training in Narrative and Solution Focused Therapies, which allows me to address my client's problems quickly and thoroughly. In addition to my years of private practice, I worked with individuals and families for five years at the Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic. Currently I supervise pre-licensed therapists at the Southern California Counseling Center. I received my B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis and my M.A. degree in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute in Encino. I am a Clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Psychological Association's Division 51 (Society for the Psychological Study of Men and Masculinity).

I use my training and experience to make positive changes in my clients’ lives and relationships. I help clients understand that although their feelings of stress, anxiety, depression or relational conflict may sometimes seem all encompassing - those problems do not define who they are. By creating a warm, supportive working relationship with my clients, I help them positively separate themselves from the problems that disrupt their lives.
